Senior M/A Cal Lambert led the scoring for the Blue Devils with 3g-2a. Senior midfielder Alex Seiler added 2g-1 and five other players scored one goal. Fairport sophomore A/M Jackson Monte led in scoring for the Red Raiders with 2g-1a. Fairport (2-2) will play Penfield on Friday while Victor (3-0) is playing Irondequoit. The Titans (5th seed) defeated Knights (4th seed) with a slow methodical pacing to the game. Throughout the contest, both teams were slow to go to the cage. They took their time before capitalizing and that led to a mostly back and forth contest. Both teams led with the game only being more than one goal apart a single time. |
