Post Season Play 2024

After the regular season, there are several championship opportunities for teams that qualify. First up are the Section Five Tournaments for four classes (A-B-C-D).

There are FOUR classes again this year.

In 2016, and after much debate, the NYSPHSAA reorganized the New York State Tournaments into four classes and so there are four tournaments at the sectional level again this year. The last change occurred in 2000 when the state moved from two to three classes.

Section Five Tournament Brackets - 2024

The Section Five Lacrosse Tournaments will start on Saturday, May 18th and will end with the crowning of the Class B and A champions on Tuesday, May 28th. The tournaments are open and all teams qualify if they have played at least six games.

The last games of the regular season will be on Thursday, May 16th. Seeding for the tournaments will be posted on May 17th.
