Bishop Kearney Secures Win

Bishop Kearney won their non-league matchup against East United-Eastridge 19-6. James Scantleburry led with seven goals and one assist, while Matt Judge added six goals and three assists. Brighton Holds Off Fairport

Brighton defeated Fairport 10-8 in a close non-league matchup. Gavin Parks led Brighton with six goals, while Mitchell Monte and Ryan Priddy were Fairport’s top contributors. DAY IN REVIEW: MONDAY - Six games lit up the scoreboard today, with two delivering nail-biting finishes. Churchville-Chili outlasted Livonia-Avon-Geneseo 10-8, fueled by William Morgan’s offensive firepower and a stellar performance by goalie Dominic Marra. Meanwhile, Haverling edged Gananda 13-12 in a dramatic back-and-forth battle, with Colegrove netting six goals and Stermole making clutch saves down the stretch. Elsewhere, Newark, Spencerport, Bloomfield-Honeoye, and Mynderse-Romulus secured decisive victories, showcasing dominant offensive performances and milestone achievements.   Full Story

Churchville-Chili Secures Win

Churchville-Chili secured a 10-8 win against Livonia-Avon-Geneseo in a closely contested game, pulling away in the fourth quarter. William Morgan led Churchville-Chili with four goals and one assist, while goalie Dominic Marra made 14 saves with a 64% save percentage. Livonia-Avon-Geneseo’s top scorer was Max McEnerney with four goals and one assist, and goalie Colton Rose reached 500 career saves, stopping 21 shots at a 68% rate. Full Story

Newark Secures Victory

Newark defeated Batavia-Notre Dame 16-3, led by Sam Underhill’s seven goals and three assists. Tristan Harris and Evan Shulla contributed to the scoring, while sophomore Miguel Olivera Plain recorded his first Varsity goal. Newark’s goalie, Carter Bumpus, posted a 75% save rate. Spencerport Over Greece Storm

Spencerport won their non-league game against Greece Storm with a 21-7 score. Leading the offense were Zach Tortora with six goals and three assists, and Jamison Brown and Gavin Brown with five goals each. Greece Storm was led by James Maccallini with four goals. Bloomfield-Honeoye Wins Against Gates Chili

Bloomfield-Honeoye defeated Gates Chili 18-7 in a non-league matchup. John Blair led Bloomfield-Honeoye with six goals and six assists, while Jayden Maryjanowski scored four goals for Gates Chili. Goalie Ethan Stoddard had eight saves with 53% efficiency. Seven players contributed to Bloomfield-Honeoye’s scoring, and multiple athletes surpassed the 50-goal mark. Mynderse-Romulus Over Waterloo

Mynderse-Romulus pulled away after a close start to defeat Waterloo 13-6 in a non-league lacrosse game. Griffin Hilimire led Mynderse-Romulus with five goals and three assists, while Waterloo's Caden Shangraw scored three times. Victor Advances in Section 5 Quarterfinals

Victor defeated Spencerport 20-4 in the Section 5 Quarterfinals, with Will Johnson leading the offense with four goals and four assists. Nine different players contributed to Victor’s scoring, while Spencerport’s top performer was Gavin Brown with two goals. Freshman Eli Ricci reached his 300th career faceoff win, and senior JT Ricci won nine faceoffs at an 82% success rate. DAY IN REVIEW: SATURDAY - Saturday’s lacrosse action featured 10 games, with seven decided by narrow margins. Baldwinsville pulled off a dramatic 9-8 overtime victory against Canandaigua, handing the previously unbeaten team its first loss of the season. Baldwinsville Wins in Overtime Thriller

Baldwinsville defeated Canandaigua 9-8 in overtime, ending Canandaigua’s perfect season. Baldwinsville rallied from a three-goal deficit late, with senior midfielder Brady Garcia tying the game with five seconds left in regulation. Senior midfielder Ignazio LoMedico secured the win with an outside bounce shot in overtime. Brady Garcia led Baldwinsville with three goals, while Canandaigua’s top scorers included Mike Belles and Ryan Bremer. Goalie John Martoccia made 12 saves for Baldwinsville. JD earned a 21-13 victory over McQuaid Jesuit in a non-league game. Leading scorers for McQuaid Jesuit included Dominic Bianchi and John Burrows, each with four goals and one assist. Junior midfielder Domenic Giangreco reached 500 career faceoff wins, securing 18 in the game. McQuaid Jesuit is scheduled to play at Irondequoit on Tuesday at 6:00 PM. Full Story

Thomas won its MC-D2 league matchup against Schroeder 14-1, scoring steadily across all four quarters. Schroeder's only goal came from Jonny May in the second quarter.
