The longest win streak in Section Five ended today with a one goal loss by Victor to Brother Rice on Michigan. The Warriors scored first and then the game saw a series of runs. DAY IN REVIEW: Canandaigua saw four lead changes but managed to win their game with Brother Rice from Michigan (5-3). Devin Andrews (2g-1a) scored the winning goal with 4:09 left in regulation. DAY IN REVIEW: After five ties, Penfield took off in the last quarter scoring four unanswered goals to take a victory, this afternoon, at Comsewogue (Section XI). Six different players made the offensive book for the Patriots. Leading the pack was Joey Barboza with 3g-3a. Senior midfielder Peter Schwab was the ground ball leader with nine. Victor Wins 50th Straight |

Over the past 50 contests, the Victor Blue Devils have never lost. Victor scored the game winning goal with only 0:50 remaining in the game to defeat Loyola Academy 5-4. Over the last 50 games the Blue Devils have won by an average of 9.7 goals per game; for only the second time the game was decided by a single goal. The first time was against Pittsford on May 7,2015 and the Blue Devils needed overtime to secure their 14th straight win (HERE). Full Story |

Fifty seconds made the difference and allowed Victor to continue its winning streak to fifty. Connor Kennan scored with an assist from Sam Lambert to give Victor a 5-4 win at home this morning. Although the Blue Devils took an early lead, scoring the first three goals, Loyola Academy returned to tie the game at 4-4 in the third quarter. The 10th Annual Jeff Milano-Johnson Memorial Lacrosse Tournament is set for Sunday, June 4th at Rochester Regional Health`s Total Sports Experience. The Jeff Milano-Johnson Memorial Fund / Rochester Kids provides scholarships to kids graduating from the City of Rochester, support for city lacrosse including ROCE6 and a new city-suburban partnership called ROCKidsConnect. DAY IN REVIEW: Mid seventy degrees was a rare treat for the players in the three games played today. Midlakes (5-0) won it's fifth game in a row when they traveled to Bloomfield Honeoye. The Macdonell boys took care of most of the scoring as Ryan posted 7g and Brandon added 3g-3a. Zach Davison recorded 13 saves (59%) for the Eagles.
