Pal-Mac scored three goals to tie the game with 1:13 remaining before Colin Brillian scored with 0:32 remaining to give Gananda the 10-9 win and hold off the late advance by the Red Raiders. Nearly half of the scoring from both teams came in the fourth quarter with Pal-Mac scoring five and Gananda scoring four.

The All Star list is out recognizing the Finger Lakes players for the 2014 season. Junior attackman, Ben Reeves from Pal-Mac was, for the third year in a row, selected as Finger Lakes "Player of the Year". The "Midfielder of the Year" wasEddie Eddington from Geneva. The "Defenseman of the Year" was Dylan Joy from Gananda and Pal-Mac Head Coach Joe Hill was named Coach of the Year. Matt Morrin was named Assistant Coach of the Year and Tom Palmer from Gananda was named Man of the Year. Eddie Eddington was named a USLacrosse All American and Ben Reeves was named a USLacrosse Academic All American by the Section Five Coaches.

Gananda took their first lead of the game with 7:22 remaining in the fourth quarter and then held off the advances of Wayne to defeat the Screaming Eagles 9-8. The game was tied four times and Wayne led three times in the first three quarters. This is Wayne's second loss by only a single goal (with an earlier 7-6 loss to Aquinas).

Wayne remained undefeated with an overtime win against Gananda, 15-14. The Blue Panthers trailed by three with less than two minutes on the clock before forcing overtime with 0:02 remaining. The Screaming Eagles, who led from the third quarter on, scored the gaming winning goal with 2:32 remaining in the first overtime period. Cooper Pieroni scored his sixth goal of the game for Wayne.

Gananda won their seventh straight game this season, this time against previously undefeated Wayne 10-9. The Panthers had previously lost to Wayne 15-14 in overtime earlier in the season. The Blue Panthers were looking to knock off one of the three remaining undefeated teams. Gananda led for nearly the entire game with the Eagles only led once and only for 5:45 of the 48 minutes.

Gananda took an early 3-0 lead on their way to an 11-10 victory over Pal-Mac. Although the Blue Panthers held a 3 goals lead twice in the first half (3-0 and 5-2) the game was tied at 5-5 at the half. In the second half the score was tied each step of the way with both teams taking turns leading.

This year`s contest, featuring some of the best of the graduating seniors will be held on Friday, June 17th at Victor High School. The boys` game will start at 7:00 PM after the girls` play at 5:00 PM.
