Two out of three Section Five teams won Western Regional Championships today. Canandaigua beat Orchard Park 11-5 in the first game. Hamburg beat Geneva 13-9 in the second game and Penn Yan was the 18-2 winner over Salamanca. Many games throughout the state were postponed until Wednesday due to weather issues.

Schroeder took C-C (8-6), Fairport was the winner over Thomas (12-8), CA beat Geneva (12-7), Midlakes beat Pal-Mac by one and McQuaid Jesuit defeated Aquinas 7-6 in overtime.
