# 2895 Marcus Whitman Holds Strong in OT Marcus Whitman held off a late push by Bloomfield-Honeoye to defeat the Pride 12-11 in the first overtime period. The Wildcats had a six goals stretch to the end the third and start the fourth quarter. The streak took them to a three goal lead with just under six minutes remaining in regulation. The Pride fought back and scored three goals of their own before regulation expired. However, it was Kyle Murphy who scored the game winning goal for the Wildcats in overtime. |

Of the rest, Hilton, for the first time in program history, beat Fairport 9-8, despite a last quarter surge by the Red Raiders.
