Andrews, who was also a US Lacrosse All-American, scored 72 goals and 47 assists this year. The SportsFive Offensive Player of the Year plans to study and play at Stony Brook next year. |

The Red Raiders scored the first four goals and held Penfield scoreless into the second quarter. The Patriots fought back hard for the entirety of the game, but never got closer than 2 goals. Fairport was led in scoring by TJ Hendricks with 4g-2a. Jake Bucci (4g-1a) and Spencer Bell (3g-1a) also added significant scoring for the Red Raiders. Fairport advances to the Finals for the sixth time in nine years (3 wins in 2014, 2012, 2010 and 2 losses in 2011 and 2009). They have not reached the finals since their win over Pittsford in 2014. |

Penfield played a strong offensive game and held possession for large chunks of time. Their settled offense forced Irondequoit to rush when they did have the ball on offense. Patrick Hynes was a defensive standout for the Eagles. He repeatedly made saves that he had no business making and kept Irondequoit in the game. |

The Panthers kept up their scoring and, even though the Patriots scored late to make the score closer, they defeated Penfield 12-9. The Patriots scored the final four goals to decrease the deficit to only three goals. Pittsford`s largest lead was 12-5 at the end of the third quarters. |
