Marcus Whitman Over Geneva

Tuesday: DAY IN REVIEW: Of the six games played today, only one was close with the rest of the winners outscoring the losers 110-13. Marcus WhitmanAquinas at Midlakes (8-1) played Geneva (6-3) to a 9-6 win on the road after the teams had four lead changes. Key to the win was the work of senior A/M Ryan Herod who with is 4g-3a was involved in seven of the Wildcat's nine goals. With the game tied at 6-6 after three quarters he scored two of the next three goals for the win. Herod is currently listed as second in both goals, assists and points on the Leader Board with 30g-29a. Helping him out was Aidan Royston with 3g. Geneva saw goals from Ryan Brown (2-1) and Max Miller (2g). [BOX SCORE]

Ryan Firmstone scored 6g-3a and Angelo Palumbo added 4g-2a as Aquinas defeated Midlakes-Red Jacket 18-4. Gavin Conlan recorded 8s/3ga (74%) in his three quarters in the cage. Wayne at NewarkHaverling scored the first twelve goals as they defeated visiting Gananda 18-3 tonight. Junior attackman Jamie O`Neil had 4g-10a to take his season totals to 29g-35a. Ian DiDomineck had 5g, Hunter Cupp had 4g and Ethan Narby made 4s/3ga (57%) for the Rams (4-3). [BOX SCORE] 

JD Allen scored the Pride's lone goal just before the end of the first quarter and then it was all Pal-Mac as they took a 20-1 win at Bloomfield. Eight offensive players scored for the Red Raiders. Topping the list were Owen Saxby with 8g and Ethan Zuck with 4g. [BOX SCORE]

Wayne took a 10-1 halftime to a 17-4 win over visiting Newark tonight. A dozen players scored for the Eagles. Wayne at NewarkThe list was topped by Trevor Kijowski with 3g-1a and Alex Garrow with 3g. Livonia-Avon improved its record to 7-3 with their 18-1 win at Waterloo this afternoon. Nine players scored points for the Lakers, including sophomore M/A Jackson McEnerney (3g-3a), Derrick Wigley (2g-4a) and Matthew Connor (4g-2a) who also won 11/14 faceoffs. Zachary Merkley scored for Waterloo. [BOX SCORE]

Penn Yan goalies Griffin Emerson and Will Thompson won their second shutout of the season when The Mustangs took a 19-0 game from Mynderse. Devon Gerhardt led the scoring with 4g-4a. The Mustangs remain undefeated at 7-0. [BOX SCORE]
