Saturday: DAY IN REVIEW: The Pal-Mac vs Cathedral Prep game was called off after snow fell last night, so there was only one game played today.
The game started out slowly, with no scoring in the first quarter and close scoring in the second. The teams went into the break with the Royal Comets up 5-3. R-H took charge in the third, as Nick Cowie score three of the goals while holding the Rams to one. Gunner MacMillan led the offense with 1g-4a while Cowie and Zack Lenhard each had 3g. R-H goalie Cameron Kuzniar had a 67% day in the cage (8s/4ga).
The Rams saw offense from Jordon Deals (2g-2a) and Jamie O`Neil (3g). Hunter Cupp led the ground ball effort for Haverling with six.
Next up for Rush-Henrietta is Gananda on Monday. Haverling will play Livonia-Avon on Tuesday.
