Greece Ends Gananda Streak

Monday: DAY IN REVIEW: On one of the warmest days of the season thus far, there were three games played today. Pittsford improved their record to 4-4 with a 15-7 win against Lancaster (Section 6). Senior attackman John Mozrall led the Panther offense with 5g and sophomore faceoff middie Dan Maggio won eleven of sixteen draws and led the team in ground balls with six.

The Greece Storm ended the Gananda's undefeated record with an 11-8 win at home. Matt McHale and Adrian Romero each had 3g-1a for Greece. Brett Cunningham led the Blue Panthers with 5g-1a and Jason Good made fifteen saves (58%) including his 300th career save since starting as a sophomore.

Newark saw ten different players score as they defeated Batavia. Parker Casselman led the offensive charge with 2g-7a.
