The Braves had taken a two goals lead with less than six minutes remaining and held on to a one goal lead with 1:00 left on the clock. The Blue Devils never gave up and defeated Canandaigua 7-6 in regulation. The game was a defensive battle with both goalies coming up strong. Canandaigua’s Aiden Kenyon finished with 9 saves (7 in the first half) and Victor’s Liam Haller finished with 14 saves (including 5 in the fourth quarter). Both goalies were named to the All Tournament Team. |

The Titans (5th seed) defeated Knights (4th seed) with a slow methodical pacing to the game. Throughout the contest, both teams were slow to go to the cage. They took their time before capitalizing and that led to a mostly back and forth contest. Both teams led with the game only being more than one goal apart a single time. |

Thomas scored five of the first seven goals to take an early lead that the Eagles could not fight back against. This was only the second loss of the year for Wayne and first non-overtime loss. With tonight’s win the Titans break a three game win-less streak, including an overtime loss to Fairport last week. |

# 2835 Battle of Webster High Schools In the battle of the Webster High Schools, Thomas defeated Schroeder 6-4 after a consistent four quarters. Schroeder came out strong winning the first quarter 3-2. Thomas came back with two unanswered goals in the second quarter to take the 4-3 lead into halftime. The Titans never lost the lead after that. |

The Eagles took over in the second half and outscored Thomas 7-3 in the second half during their 11-8 win over the Titans. The Eagles scored five of the last seven goals to move from a tied 6-6 game. Conversely, the Titans had a strong opener with four of the first five goals scored by Thomas.
