Haverling Secures First Win

Haverling defeated Batavia-Notre Dame 16-5 in a non-league game today. Leading scorers for Haverling included Gavin Price, Zach Colegrove, and Warren McCormick, while Batavia-Notre Dame's fourth-quarter effort saw five players scoring, including three with their first Varsity goals. Junior goalie McLane Stermole was perfect in the net for Haverling, stopping all shots in thirty-six minutes. Both teams will play again on April 8th.

Bloomfield-Honeoye Takes Command in Season Opener

Bloomfield-Honeoye defeated Haverling 17-7 in a non-league lacrosse game, led by Brayden Arber`s seven goals and John Blair`s four goals and six assists. Haverling`s Drew Spears scored three times, and McLane Stermole made eleven saves. Ethan Stoddard had seven saves with a 50% save rate for Bloomfield-Honeoye. Several players achieved milestones, including first Varsity goals for Wyatt Hall and eighth-grader Brennan Thomas, and Blair reaching his fiftieth assist.
