Liam Guiton Selects Saint Rose

FioreAfter his first year on the Varsity team at Penfield, Liam "Moose" Guiton recently signed his National Letter of Intent to study and play lacrosse at the College of Saint Rose (Albany, NY). As a junior he picked up twenty-five ground balls and posted a 58% save record with 188 stops in 917 minutes in the cage.

Guiton was named to the Class A All-Tournament team after the Patriots won the Championship in 2013 and ended their season in the NYS semi finals. He was named the team's Most Improved Player.

In the off season he played on the NYS Empire Cup Western Team and played for the Penfield Tournament team, the Blaze Lacrosse Club and the Fellow of Christian Athletes Team.

At the College of Saint Rose, he plan to pursue a degree in accounting while playing for the Golden Knights, an NCAA Division II team led by Head Coach Mark Cometti. It is expected that he will be joining Evan Helming (Canandaigua).
