Brighton has a new Head Coach as DT Benedict moves from Churchville-Chili to take over for Cory Holbrough.

Coach Benedict had three years with the Saints and earned a 44-28 record during that time. He was named Monroe County Division 3 Coach of the year in both 2015 and 2016.

The Penn Yan and Mercyhurst grad has worked with the SweetLax Lacrosse Club and has given numerous lacrosse clinics in the City of Rochester.

Brighton finished last year at 9-9 and although they lost some powerful players to graduation, including All American Brady McDermott (Yale), Coach Benedict will have Casey McDermott (Johns Hophins) amoung an number of others returning this spring.
