COMMENTS: The Panthers played a close game with Orchard Park (Section VI) for much of the first quarter, but after a 3-3 tie, they never looked back, holding the Quakers to 1 goal in the second half while scoring seven of their own.
A key point in the game occurred at 7-5 when Colby Barker scored two goals in a row in a two and a half minute period to start the seven goal run. Long stick performances by both teams were noteworthy and Pittsford senior goalie Alec Starr (7s/5ga) made a number of momentum-stopping saves.
