Victor Defeats JD - HFL Over Brighton - CA Over PY

DAY IN REVIEW: SATURDAY - There were fourteen games played today and five were close ones. Victor defeated JD by a score of 9-8. HFL defeated Brighton by a score of 8-7. Canandaigua was a 7-5 winner over Penn Yan. Dryden was a 6-5 winner over Marcus Whitman. Spencerport was a 8-7 winner over Pittsford. 

Brock at GanBROCKPORT-5 at GANANDA-15 - Eight different players scored goals for Gananda including Sophomore midfielder Hunter Vogt who scored his first Varsity goal for the Blue Panthers.  Senior midfielder Brayden Dohse (1g-2a) reached his 50th career assist while Jacob Michaels (2g-2a), Brayden Dohse (1g-2a), and Jaydes Baerga (2g-0a) led the offensive book. Facing off for Gananda was junior Alex Galka with 11+/8- = 58%. Scoring for Brockport were sophomore attackman Ryan Miller (3g-1a), junior midfielder Mason Schram (2a),   Carter Frasch (1g), Jayden Taylor (1a) ,and Javier Benzan (1g-0a). VICTOR-9 at JD-8 - Senior midfielder Tanner Radogna scored his third goal of the game with 0.1 seconds left to lift the Blue Devils to a one goal win and extended their winning streak to seven games. There were seven ties in the close game which saw offensive stats from Kyle Saeger (2g), Brody Secker (1g-1a), Oliver Kowal (2g), and Jack Herendeen (1a). HFL-8 at BRIGHTON-7 -  The Cougars extended their winning streak to five wins and gave Head Coach Eric Goodberlet his 25th Varsity win. The teams were tied at 4-4 at the half and HFL scored what would become the winning goal in the third, outscoring the Bruins 3-2. Scoring for HFL (10-1) were senior face off midfielder Drew Angelo (4g-1a) who also won 12+/71 at the faceoff "X". Also scoring were Chase Perryman (2g-2a), and Grady Goodberlet (2g).
