Out Bracket Runaways
Monday: DAY IN REVIEW: There were out bracket games for Classes B and D as the 2019 Section Five Tournament began with six games and all but one was a mismatch. All the top seeded teams won, except for Haverling (#9) who beat Gananda (#8).
Spencerport only led for just under two minutes during their 10-9 win over Churchville-Chili tonight in the opening round of the Class B Tournament. The eighth seeded Rangers played the ninth seeded Saints for the second time this season. Their last matchup was less than a week ago with Spencerport winning that game 12-6. Tonight, the Saints played a much stronger game and led for the majority; including a three goal lead halfway through the fourth quarter that Spencerport fought back against. STORY CONTINUES
