Rush-Henrietta senior Collin Waden recently announced his decision to stay close to home as he pursues his education and lacrosse career at Roberts Wesleyan College.
Fourth in goal production and points for the Royal Comets last year, Collin, who plays attack, recorded 20g-6a while scoring points in ten games as a junior.
Last summer, he played for the Rochester Fire Lacrosse Club. He also attended the Blue Chip 225 Camp in the summer. In the fall he played for the Fellowship of Christian Athlete team.
His decision to play at Wesleyan was greatly influenced by having been coached in the past by Rocky Delfino, who is the Head Coach at Roberts Wesleyan.
The Redhawks are an NCAA Division II team playing in the East Coast Conference. They started their lacrosse program in 2012.
