Mynderse 14 - Midlakes 13 in Overtime
NOTES: Mynderse came out swinging and scored eight of the first nine goals in their 13-12 overtime win over Midlakes. The Blue Devils led in the first quarter 6-1 before adding two goals more in the top of the second quarter to lead 8-1 within the first two minutes. Midlakes fought back hard and finally tied the game early in the fourth quarter. With 0:47 remaining on the clock, the Screaming Eagles took the lead 12-11. With 0:15 remaining in regulation, Mynderse tied the game on a goal from Chris Pagano (assisted by Sebastian Reese). During overtime, the Blue Devils won the opening face off and took the first possession in overtime. Reese found Barbay open to give the Blue Devils the win just 0:30 into the first overtime period.
Midlakes were led in scoring by junior midfielders Chris Goodman with 4g-3a and Matt Vandamme with 3g-4a. In the cage Kyle Wilkes finished with 10 saves. Mynderse were led in scoring by Mike Barbay (4g-2a) and Sebastian Reese (3g-3a). In the cage Tyler Kuell finished with12 saves.
