2017-04-29 - Jacob Buck tied his school record for most goals in a single game in the 16-15 Churchville-Chili win over Spencerport.  He finished with 8g-1a for the Saints.  Historically this was the 17th consecutive win for Churchville-Chili over Spencerport.  The last win for the Rangers was eleven years ago.  Today’s game was close throughout with the largest lead being a three goal lead late in the game for Churchville-Chili (16-13).  During the contest both teams lead and neither could pull away.  Both teams survived 3 minute non-releasable stick penalties with only 1 goal against for each team.

Spencerport scored the opening goal with Owen VanWie assisting Jonathan Agness.  VanWie finished with 6g-2a and Agness with 6g-6a.  Only a single goal of the 15 had neither Agness nor VanWie involved.  VanWie was also a dominate force at the face-off.  He finished 19/25 with a team leading 10 ground balls.  Joe Curcio added another 5 for Spencerport.
