Bishop Kearney scheduled twelve games but dropped out just before the tournaments at the end of the season. There were 870 players on the final rosters, down five players from 2021. Rush-Henrietta and Victor carried the largest roster with thirty-seven players and Batavia-Notre Dame had the smallest with thirteen.

Senior defenseman Eli Adams (Thomas), senior midfielder/FO Noah Gibson (Irondequoit), junior midfielder Thomas Gravino (Victor), senior defenseman Eric Platten (Canandaigua 2nd time) and senior midfielder Nick Hauman (Schroeder) were named USA Lacrosse All Americans from Monroe County.

# 3237  Monte Leads for Fairport in 8-7 Win

Fairport held off the late advances of Pittsford in their 9-7 win over the Panthers.  Fairport, who led for much of the game, lost the lead for the first time with 4:28 remaining on the clock.  The Red Raiders had to keep up the pressure with two goals in the final 32 seconds of the contest.  Freshman midfielder Mitchell Monte finished the game with five of the teams eight goals (including both in the final seconds of the game).
