Finally, there were a number of close games played in the section today. Victor held off a last minute attack by Irondequoit to hold on to a 7-6 win. Hilton beat the Lightning 8-6, McQuaid came back hard to beat Livonia 14-13 in overtime.

Spencerport scored the first two goals of the contest and never trailed in their 8-6 win over Gates-Chili. The Rangers couldn`t pull away and the Spartans couldn`t catch up for nearly the entire game. Matt Schumann scored the opening goal unassisted for the Rangers.

Greece Arcadia/Olympia scored three of the last four goals to defeat Spencerport 13-10. Both teams scored in streaks with the game tied at 5, 7 and 8. The Largest lead of the game was in the second quarter when Lightning led 5-1 before Spencerport scored four goals to tie the game in the early third quarter.
