Bloomfield-Honeoye saw strong performances from Brayden Arber and Tyler Bruder, but Midlakes’ late surge ensured victory.
Bloomfield-Honeoye earned an 18-8 victory over Newark, with Cody Whittaker scoring five goals and John Blair contributing three goals and six assists. Whittaker also won 22 faceoffs with a 79 percent success rate. Newark’s Sam Underhill led his team with three goals, reaching his 150th career goal.
