The All Tournament Teams for 2016 were announced at each final. MVPs for A, B and C were Ryan Maloney (Victor), Nick Mabe (Thomas) and Ben Emerson (Penn Yan). Players were selected on the basis of their performances in the Section Five Tournaments.

The Players of the Year were announced at the conclusion of the Class A game. The award for Offensive Player of the Year was awarded to Ryan Maloneyof Victor. The award for Defensive Player of the Year was awarded to Jared Conners of Pittsford. The award for Sportsman of the Year was awarded to Gage Ponsetti of Penn Yan.

Gates Chili (Class A), Churchville-Chili (Class B) and UPrep (Class C) were awarded the Steve Morgan Sportsmanship Awards by the Genesee Valley Lacrosse Officials Association.
