McQuaid Jesuit has Two Commits
McQuaid Jesuit has two more players committed to play lacrosse in college. Current senior middie Alex Paroda plans to sign a NLI to play at Mount St. Mary's and junior defenseman Luc
Bailey has made a verbal commitment to play at Ohio State.
Alex Paroda, a midfielder for the Knights who scored 12g-4a in his junior year, has committed to play at Mount Saint Mary's University (Emmitsburg, Maryland). The Division 1 school, coached by Tom Gravante was 9-6 last year and defeated second-seeded Quinnipiac, 14-9, to win the inaugural Northeast Conference Tournament championship. Gravante has close ties to Section Five, having played on four D-3 Championship teams at Hobart (1985-1988).
Junior defenseman, Luc Bailey, made a verbal commitment to play D-1 lacrosse at Ohio State after graduation in 1213. Last summer, Luc played for the Blaze Rising Junior team and the Nike Rising Junior team. In 2010 he was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes U15 National Championship team.
