DAY IN REVIEW: TUESDAY - Once again, there were many mismatches, but there were also some really good games. In the game of the last two unbeaten teams, Canandaigua (9-0) was the last team standing but the Cougars had a strong second half at both ends of the field. Senior A/M Jett Richardsen scored the overtime, game-winning goal for the Royal Comets in this game that could not have been closer with eight ties. Greece took an early lead and held on for their one goal win.

HILTON-10 at RUSH-HENRIETTA-11 - Senior A/M Jett Richardsen (4g-1a) scored the overtime, game-winning goal for the Royal Comets in this game that could not have been closer with eight ties. With Hilton up 10-8 with four minutes left in the game, Rush saw goals form Hayden Hobbs (1g) and Justin Day (1g) for the 10-10 tie to send the game into OT.  Also scoring for Rush-Henrietta (4-2) were Jett Richardsen (4g-1a), Mike Valent (3g), and Tyler Bernarduci (2g). PITTSFORD-11 at FAIRPORT-6 - It was the "Blake Cognata Cross Out Cancer Game" at Fairport today, with ticket sales becoming a donation. Pittsford scored seven goals in the first half while holding the hosts to one. Fairport improved in the second half with five of their own. Pittsford extended their winning streak to five goals with the win that saw junior midfielder Josiah Joyner score his first Varsity goal. Leading the scoring for Pittsford (8-1) were Rex Kesselring (5g), Luke Fliss (1g-2a), and Ben Steingass (1g-1a).

SCHROEDER-8 at BRIGHTON-10 - Freshman attackman James Holbrough (6g-4a) was in on all ten goals scored by Brighton who won this close game. Canandaigua scored four goals in the first and three in the second and led 7-2 at the half. Then, scoring two goals in the third and two more in the fourth, the Cougars held the Braves scoreless, leading to an exciting finish. Scoring for Canandaigua were Drew Williamee (2g-1a), Nate Sheridan (1g-1a), Sean Olvany (1g-1a), Braden Gioseffi (2g), and Alex Rheude (1g). MCQUAID JESUIT-6 at IRONDEQUOIT-4 - The first half belonged to McQuaid as they scored four unanswered goals, but the Eagles outscored the Knights 3-1 in the third and they both scored one in the last quarter. Andre Bigham scored for Irondequoit with an assist from Aidan Greco to take the score to 5-4 Knights with seven minutes left in the game. Vincenzo Giangreco (1g-1a), who reached his 50th career goal, gave McQuaid a two-goal edge with three minutes left.
