Class A - Monroe County League

London Booker may be a first year head coach, but his roots go deep in the Rochester lacrosse community. As a player in the ROC E6 program and currently as Vice President of the organization, not only does he know the game, but he knows the players, many of whom he has worked with for years. After working with previous coaches Jim Tilotson and Sean Banks, this year he takes over the top spot.

Midfield will be the strength of the team this year. Quaron Wright (4g-4a) is a senior long-stick midfielder, who as a strong cover-defenseman, earned first team all-league honors last year. Senior midfielders Kenneth Edwards and Armel N'dobi (12g-1a) will be joined by junior Keenan Edwards, a two-way midfielder who produced 7g-1a as a sophomore.

Kari Thomas was named a second team all-league defenseman last year as a junior and will anchor the defense in front of a trio of goalies. Sophomore goalies Ronald Dietz and Ethan Wright return in the nets with senior newcomer Sintral Jones.

In the attack EU-E senior Noah Ellis ( 6g-8a) has improved and will look to lead a young offense.

With the COVID restrictions loosened, East United-Eastridge has a full sixteen game schedule and there are many opportunities in their MC-D3 alignment for them to have their best record to date. With their first two games against Class A opponents (Greece and Rush-Henrietta), they will have information before tournament time.

Coach Booker is looking forward to playing Greece, Gates Chili, Brockport, and Newark. He is excited and optimistic about this year's team. "With the class of 2022 being the largest senior class in the history of our program, we hope to turn heads with our performance this season. After changes in the coaching staff and added investment from the players, we are primed to have our program's best record."
