Reverdy Clarke became the first boys lacrosse player from the Livonia-Avon Lakers to sign a National Letter of Intent when he gathered with family and Coach Don Manard for a brief ceremony and signed with the University of Tampa. 

Named to the first team All-GRALL team last season after recording 39g-46a, he will start his fourth year on the varsity with  a career record of 74g-38a. 

The University of Tampa is an NCAA Division II team playing Sunshine State Conference. They were 15-6 overall last year under Head Coach Rory Whipple (Irondequoit), who is in his ninth season. Current Section Five alumni include Connor Fitzgerald (Pittsford), Alexander Starr (Pittsford), Ben Yacavonis (Victor), Joe Carey (Thomas) and Jordan Bobbo (Fairport).
