After dropping their first five games, Spencerport is on a two game streak with big wins against Brockport (19-10) and tonight against R-H 9-7. The Rangers scored the opening goal with Zach Edwards scoring in the first 60 second unassisted and although the game was tied twice, they never lost the lead. Rush-Henrietta played hard in the beginning of the third with 4 out of 5 straight goals to tie the game at 6-6. However, the Rangers came back to finish out the third up by two and hold the Royal Comets to only a single goal late in the fourth.
Edwards (3g-2a) and Jacob Zimmerman (3g) led in scoring for the Rangers. Midfield Connor Mesh finished 10/17 at the face-off with a team leading 12 groundballs. Defensively, Anthony Inclima (4) and Riley Schmeer (5) finished leading in takes for Spencerport.
