Spencerport defensive/midfielder Riley Schmeer signed with Roberts Wesleyan on January 14th with family, friends, and coaches in attendance.

Riley plays defense and also plays midfield and is a face-off specialist for the Rangers. In college he hopes to major in Forensic Science.

Before choosing Roberts he also considered Nazareth and Alfred.

In the off-season Riley has played for the FCA Lacrosse team.

"I chose Roberts because of the great academic opportunities available to me. I knew I wanted to go to a small school, and the community feeling at Roberts is phenomenal."
