Monday: Back from Vacation
Vacation is over and two games were played today to start off a week that includes 44 games. Eastridge beat Brockport 13-6 and East Rochester beat Wayne 6-4.

-- Eastridge hosted Brockport for an MC3 divisional game and won 13-6. The Lancers scored the first goal of the game, but Brockport quickly tied the game and the first quarter ended in a 1-1 tie. Eastridge scored the next three goals. After each team scored one more the half ended with the Lancers up 5-2. Eastridge scored four more goals in each of the last two quarters. The Lancer defense held the Blue Devils to two in the third and two more in the last quarter.
Leading the offensive effort for Eastridge were junior attackman Anthony Coffaro (4g-3a) and senior Chris Giruzzi (4g-1a). Five other Lancers made the offensive stat book. Senior goalie TJ Ennis started in the goal for Eastridge and recorded 18s/5ga in 42 minutes. Odin Abril finished the game with 2s/1ga in six minutes for Eastridge (2-3) who will host Hilton on Thursday.
Leading Brockport's offensive effort were senior midfielder Markell Collins (3g) and junior attackman Nikko Nolletti (2g). Senior goalie Hunter DeLany ended the game with 16s/13ga for Brockport (2-2) who will host Spencerport on Thursday night.

-- Two goals in a minute and a half made the difference for East Rochester who defeated visiting Wayne Central 6-4 tonight. With the Bombers up 3-2 at the end of the second quarter, ER scored two quick goals and led at the half 5-2. Although Wayne outscored ER 2-1 in the second half, it was not enough.
Five different Eagles made the offensive book for Wayne. Leading the pack was sophomore attackman Andrew Jenkins with 1g-1a. Sophomore goalie Justin Townsend had 13s/6ga for Wayne who will travel to Bloomfield tomorrow.
For East Rochester, six different players made the offensive book. Leading the Bombers were senior attackman Jordan Michele (3g) and senior middie Clayton Vaughn (2a). Senior goalie Jonathan Caton ended the game with 10s/4ga for East Rochester (4-1) who will play at Bishop Kearney on Friday.
