Waterloo defeated host Pal-Mac 12-5 with seven different players making the score-book. After 4-1 quarter and 6-1 half, The Indians, who won the ground ball race 26-17 outscored the Raiders 6-4 in the second half.
Senior attackman Jason Johnson scored 3g and sophomore middie Josh Mateo and senior middie Matt Kaiser each added 2g-1a for the Indians. Senior midfielder T.J. Radka added 2g while Andy Riegel, Winston Boyd and Gordy Lahr each added 1g. Senior goalie Pat DeBolt recorded 10 saves. "They also have an outstanding goal tender in Pat Debolt. He had some key saves in the 1st half which sparked their team", said PM Coach Enzo Falso.
Senior middies Dave Bennett (2g) and Adam Maier (1g 1a) were the scoring leaders for Pal-Mac. Seniors Jamie Sinopoli (1g), Owen Campbell (1g), Matt Christ (1a) and Jeremy Reeves (1a) added to the Pal-Mac scoring. Senior goalie Ben Dlugosh made 13 saves for The Raiders (0-2). No report from Waterloo.
