Three minutes later Perotto scored his first goal on a fast-break goal (assisted by Jack Kaufman).

Duxbury kept their streak of scoring the first goal of the quarter with Albert Schemp scoring on another man-up goal. Schemp was assisted by Bergstrom. The Dragons remained in the lead for eight minutes before Perotto tied the game again with another outside shot on a man-up attempt for the Panthers. With 1:55 remaining in the third quarter Duxbury scored the final goal with a drive from behind the cage by Maimaron. Pittsford scored their last two goals in the final two minutes of the third quarter. Both goals were assisted by Colby Barker.
