The All-Star list is out recognizing the GRALL players for the 2023 season.  The GRALL Player of the Year was Jackson McEnerney (Livonia-Avon).

The GRALL Coach of the Year was Terry Corcoran (Aquinas) and the Assistant Coach of the Year was Dan Riordan (Aquinas).  The Person of the year was Joel Rose (Livonia-Avon).
