The Monroe County league Athletic Directors have re-aligned their league once again for 2009. Although there are still three divisions, there are a number of significant changes. Irondequoit moves down from D-1 to D-2. Gates Chili moves from D-3 to D-1 and Hilton moves from D-2 to D-1. Victor, who moved from the Finger Lakes League to Monroe County will play in D-2. Brighton moves down from D-2 to D-3 and East Rochester has expressed their intention to field a team (D-3) in 2009.

League schedules will be based on the following. Division-1 and Division-2 teams will play each team in their division once and will play each team in the other division once (resulting in 12 league games). Divison-3 teams will played each other twice.
