2019-04-27 - After an overtime loss earlier in the season, Bath came into tonight’s game looking for revenge.  Bath scored six of the last eight to defeat Livonia-Avon 8-7.  The Rams scored the tying goal with 2:23 remaining in the third quarter and the winning goal with 1:30 left on the clock in the third.  Neither team scored in the final 13 minutes of play.  The Lakers pressed early and held a 5-2 leading before Bath began their late scoring streak.

Livonia-Avon’s Ryan Haugh scored the game opener off a feed from Justin Skelly to give the Lakers the early lead.  Bath responded two minutes later with Jordan Deats scoring his first of 2 goals.  The Lakers scored two more goals before the end of the quarter and took a 3-1 lead into the second half.

In the second quarter, Caleb Drake scored the opener for the Rams (the first of his 5g) to pull within one before Livonia-Avon added another 2 to their count.  Reverdy Clarke scored his second and third goal to give Livonia-Avon their largest lead of the game (5-2).  The final goal of the half was Drake’s second goal and put the Rams within two (5-3).  In the third quarter, Bath pushed their comeback.  They outscored the Lakers 5-2 and pulled ahead.  The fourth quarter was back and forth play with neither team able to put one in the back of the net.  Overall, Bath led at the face-off winning 11/16.  Cassidy Case took the majority of the draws and finished at 7/9.
