Midlakes jumped ahead early, scoring five goals in the first quarter, but Bloomfield-Honeoye kept pace, finishing the first half trailing 7-4. Bloomfield-Honeoye surged in the second half, scoring eight goals, including four in the final quarter. The game was decided in the final moments when eighth-grader Brennan Thomas scored with five seconds remaining, sending Bloomfield-Honeoye to the championship game.

Bloomfield-Honeoye had contributions from multiple players, with John Blair leading the team in assists with four. Tyler Bruder recorded three goals, while Brayden Arber and Caleb Beadnell each added two. Cody Whittaker contributed one goal and three assists.
