The Patriots took off in the first half and led by six at one point before Greece fought back to a pair of ties in the fourth quarter. Although the Storm did not ever take the lead, they sent the game into overtime with a goal at 0:21 remaining in regulation. Senior midfielder Max Hoadley scored the game winning goal on the first shot of overtime to secure the win for the Patriots. |

The Patriots will move on to face top seeded Fairport at St. John Fisher College on Tuesday. This is the first time Penfield has made the Finals since 2015. The last time that Penfield won the big game was 2013. |
