FAIRPORT-5 at VICTOR-11  - Victor beat Fairport 11-5 Thursday evening in a non-league game, moving to 11-2. The game was tied three times before Victor scored three goals in 88 seconds in the third quarter to break it open. Junior Will Simpson made 12 saves in goal. Fairport falls to 6-7.

Senior Colin Wheeler led Victor with three goals, while Jackson Mead and Gage Hay each added two. Matthew Herendeen, Will Johnson, Eli Ricci and Lincoln Snyder each scored one. In goal, junior Will Simpson made 12 saves on 17 shots (71%) over 48 minutes.

For Fairport, Ryan Priddy led with two goals and an assist, while Alex Nadelen, Grant Ralston and CJ Trumble each added one goal. Nadelen contributed an assist and Marc Hillier added one as well. In goal, sophomore Luke Temple made 14 saves on 25 shots (56%) over 48 minutes.

Victor travels to JD on Saturday. Fairport hosts Pittsford on Wednesday evening.
