LIVONIA-AVON-GENESEO-8 at BROCKPORT-5 - Livonia-Avon-Geneseo won its seventh consecutive game Saturday afternoon, beating Brockport 8-5 in a non-league game to move to 7-1. The win came with a pair of career milestones: sophomore Will Schweitzer scored his 50th career goal, and senior goalie Ayden Szymanski reached 100 career saves, finishing with 108 on the day.

Senior Nikolai Hanna led L-A-G with two goals and two assists. Eighth graders Owen Schweitzer and Stavros Kolokouris each contributed one goal and two assists, and Will Schweitzer added one goal and two assists. Rider VanZandt scored two goals and also went 12 for 13 on faceoffs. Jack Ackerman and Brian Gibbs each added a goal. In goal, Szymanski made 14 saves on 19 shots (74%) over 48 minutes.

For Brockport, sophomore Dylan Ryan led with two goals, while senior Ryan Miller and sophomore Nico Cenname each had one goal and two assists. Freshman Jaxon Ophardt added a goal. In goal, freshman Owen Perkins made 12 saves on 20 shots (60%) over 48 minutes. Brockport goes to 5-3.

L-A-G travels to Bloomfield-Honeoye on Tuesday evening. Brockport hosts Batavia-Notre Dame on Monday evening.
