Jacob Drennen Also Plans to Stay Home

Jacob Drennen Hobart picked up another recruit as Geneva rising junior goalie Jacob Drennen recently announced his commitment to Hobart College after his graduation from Geneva High School in 2018.

Starting in his eight grade year, Jacob has recorded 408 saves in just under 2,000 minutes in the cage (55%) and after a 61% season as a sophomore last year, he earned first team All-League honors in the Finger Lakes.

Last summer, playing with the Sweetlax Lacrosse Club, Jacob played in the Sweetlax Invitational and Uncommitted Showcase tournaments and also played in the Battle in Baltimore and and Naptown tournaments.

Before committing to Hobart, he considered Siena, UMass and Hartford.
