Pittsford Long Stick Midfielder Jared Conners has verbally committed to the University of Virginia. Named to the Inside Lacrosse Sophomore Watchlist in September, Conners recorded fifteen ground balls and five takes in his freshman year with the Panthers.

In the off-season, Conners plays club lacrosse for SweetLax and was an All-Star at King of the Hill and Maverik Showtime. He also attended Crabfeast and Best of the Best. This fall, he is expected to be attending the Tully Cornfield Classic, Big 4 Showcase and Quaker Fest.

Conners strongly considered Duke, Syracuse, Georgetown, Maryland, Princeton, Harvard and Note Dame.
