Copying their score from their game last year, the McQuaid Jesuit Knights posted a 5-4 victory over Penn Yan. Senior midfielder Ryan McEvily scored the deciding goal with 40 seconds to go in the third quarter. The fourth quarter was scoreless as both defenses and goalies were outstanding. McQuaid's Sophomore goaltender Connor Winters made 11 saves including nine in the second half. Junior midfielder Alex Klimowski and junior attackman Nick Opett both scored 2 goals. McQuaid Jesuit moves to 9-2 on the season. The Mustangs were led by Conner Fingar with 2g-1a. Jeff Kinyoun recorded 8s (62%) for the Mustangs (8-3).
Despite Shawn Doran's 14/16 face off performance for Hilton, Pittsford's defense was too strong and the Panther offense scored the first six goals on their way to an 8-3 win at home. Sonny Imburgia led the Pittsford book with 4g-1a and goaltender, Brecken Catalano made seven saves (70%).
Spencerport defeated Eastridge tonight. The Rangers defense was led by Anthony Inclima, who broke the single-season takes record for Spencerport. The previous record of 30 takes was held by Chris Cottom in both the 2014 and 2016 seasons. With six games left in the regular season, Inclima now sits at 31 takes. Leading the offense was Todd Smith with 1g-4a.
Wayne scored the first eight goals and led the entire game, to defeat Mynderse 13-11. Owen Lorenzetti scored 6g-1a to lead the Blue Devils offense. There was no report from Wayne tonight.
