Livonia over R-H in OT, Waterloo takes Midlakes 7-6
Irondequoit has a 15-9 win over visiting Ithaca while Livonia used a last minute flurry to take Rush-Henrietta in overtime. Waterloo and Midlakes played a close game, but the Indians held on to their one goal lead for the win. Other winners include Newark, Lightning, Aquinas, Gates Chili, Churchville-Chili, Pal-Mac, Geneva, Victor and Schroeder. There are still five undefeated teams: Brighton, Churchville-Chili, Pittsford, Victor and Wayne.

-- SPORTSFIVE REPORT: Livonia scored three of the last four goals, including the game winning goal in overtime, to defeat Rush-Henrietta 9-8. Senior attackman Nick Kallio scored the game winning goal 2:02 into the first overtime period with an assist from Reid Mattle. Kallio finished the game with 3g for the Bulldogs. The Royal Comets started off the game strong with the opening goal from TJ Day. Livonia tied the game on the ensuing face-off with Timothy Lischer scoring only 0:06 after the Royal Comet goal.
R-H scored back to back goals to take the two goal lead with goals from Jake Hughes and Matt Zarzycki. The Royal Comets went back and forth from a two goal lead to a one goal lead for the majority of the game. Livonia did not tie the game again until 8:23 remaining in the third quarter. The second half is when Livonia stepped up their game. They scored back to back goals to start the third quarter and tie the game. R-H took back their lead one minutes later with another goal from Hughes. Then Livonia scored two more goals to take their first lead of the game with 5:46 remaining in regulation. Zarzycki scored his fourth goal of the game to send the game into overtime with 0:25 left on the clock.
In the cage for the Royal Comets, Colin Mix recorded seven saves. For Livonia, Justin LaDuke recorded 14 saves.
