Senior midfielder, Max Paroda has announced his decision to continue playing lacrosse while pursuing his college education at John Carroll University.
A three year varsity player for the McQuaid Jesuit Knights, the right-hander from Pittsford lost a great deal of playing time last year with a broken kneecap, but still managed to score 5g-1a for McQuaid. "We are looking forward to a successful senior season out of Max", said Head Coach Dan James.
Off season, he had played for both the Blaze Lacrosse Club and the Fellow of Christian Athletes teams.
John Carroll University, located in University Heights, Ohio is an NCAA Division III school that posted a 13-4 record last year under second year Head Coach Brian Small. There are currently five player from Section Five on their roster including Ryan Kelly (HF-L), Jackson Twomey (McQuaid Jesuit), Dan Biron (Fairport), Kyle Lake (Pittsford), Ryan Crater (Fairport).
