All Tournament Teams have been announced for 2007. MVP for A, B and C were Kevin Coholan (Irondequoit), R.J. Gringeri (Geneva) and Adam Trombley (Penn Yan).
  
Grant Catalino (Schroeder) was named Section Five Offensive Player of the Year. Michael Manley (Penn Yan) was named Defensive Player of the Year and Matt Moran (Rush-Henrietta) was named Sportsman of the Year.  
  
Brighton High School received the Sportsmanship Award from the Genesee Valley Lacrosse Officials Association.
