Hill, Halsey Each Score Four Goals

PAL-MAC-15 at LIVONIA-AVON-GENESEO-2 - Pal-Mac beat Livonia-Avon-Geneseo 15-2 Monday evening, extending its winning streak to seven and moving to 11-2. Eight different Raiders scored, and senior John Turner added his first career varsity goal. L-A-G was held scoreless through three quarters before scoring twice in the fourth. L-A-G falls to 8-4.

Max Hill and eighth grader Max Halsey each led Pal-Mac with four goals, with Hill adding five assists. Ryan Allen contributed two goals and two assists, and Jackson Dennie, Reid Diehl, John Turner, Brandon Dennie and Joey Hagen each added one goal. Dennie chipped in three assists and Diehl two. In goal, junior Drew Ikewood made 11 saves on 13 shots (85%) over 48 minutes.

For L-A-G, Will Schweitzer and Jack Ackerman each scored one goal, with Owen Schweitzer adding an assist. Rider VanZandt went 12 for 19 on faceoffs. In goal, senior Ayden Szymanski made 17 saves on 32 shots (53%) over 48 minutes.

Pal-Mac hosts Mynderse-Romulus on Thursday evening while The Lakers travel to Midlakes on Thursday.
