Webster Schroeder ended their league season tied for second in Monroe County Division I with a 4-2 record (9-7 overall). Seeded fourth in the Class A tournament the Warriors won their first two games (Arc-Oly and Gates Chili) and then lost to Fairport in a close 9-8 semi final game and finished as seeded.

The All Star list is out recognizing the Monroe County League players for the 2010 season. Senior attackmen Brendan Saylor (Fairport) and Jack Hinderland (Thomas), senior goalie Nick King (Canandaigua) and Joe Dupra (Pittsford) were selected as USLAcrosse All Americans.

Sixteen games but three went to double overtime. HF-L beat Schroeder 8-7, Pittsford beat Thomas 13-12 and McQuaid Jesuit beat Livonia 7-6, each in the second overtime period.

The newly renamed "Pride" from Bloomfield-Honeoye was an 8-7 winner over traveling Geneva and Churchville-Chili defeated Penfield (13-12), also in overtime.

The top four seeded teams prevailed tonight in each class as Penn Yan, Geneva, Aquinas and Livonia advanced in the Class C tournament and Fairport, SChroeder, Thomas and Pittsford advanced in the Class A tournament. The semi final round is on Tuesday.
