Tonight, they fought back with the final two goals of regulation to force overtime. The Blue Devils held a four goal lead late in the third before Marcus Whitman started a 5 out of 6 goal stretch to tie the game at 9-9 halfway through the fourth. Connor Tomion scored the final three goals for the Wildcats. He finished with 4g on the game. |
# 2803 Mynderse defeats Eastridge 14-3 Mynderse improves to 2-0 on the young season with another decisive victory over Eastridge 14-3. After a slow start, tied at the end of the first quarter, Mynderse went on to score 11 unanswered goals over the next two and a half quarters. Leading the charge for the Devils was senior attackman Owen Lorenzetti (5g-3a). Colby Reese (2g-4a) and Ethan Spinner (1g-3a) also added to the high point total in this high scoring game. For Eastridge, junior Zachary Hiscock led with 1g-1a. |
# 2798 Mynderse and Gananda Win of Friday Friday: DAY IN REVIEW: Two games made it tonight before the snow arrived with Gananda winning their opener at East United. The Blue Panthers scored the first two goals of the game and never trailed in their victory. Leading in the scoring for Gananda was Jake Rapp with 5g-2a (7 of 12 points for Gananda). Rapp also scored the first goal of the season for the Blue Panthers with an unassisted goal 3:53 into the game. |
